JS Real Estate Group is a privately owned real estate company located in Newtown, Pa. We purchase, manage and rent vacation properties on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, on or near the nations’ most desired vacation destinations and beaches. We also buy and rent luxury long term home rentals and commercial office space in the Mid-Atlantic. Our goal is to provide a pleasant, easy rental experience. We strive to maintain and give our properties and tenants the attention they deserve.

The owner of JS Real Estate Group, Jennifer Schaefer, is a young entrepreneur and owner of many other successful business ventures, such as PaySoftHR and JS Benefits Group, two very well known companies serving thousands of businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Jennifer is an MBA and holds dozens of certifications in HR and Insurance.
